Reparent Your Inner Child Retreat - October 2026
Join us in the lush tropical mountains of Utuado, Puerto Rico, for a deeply restorative weekend dedicated to breaking generational cycles and cultivating self-love. Through yoga, breathwork, guided workshops, meditation, and nature immersion, you’ll gain practical tools to heal emotional wounds and embody greater presence. Enjoy farm-to-table plant-based meals, hike to a pristine river, and connect with a like-minded community—all in a breathtaking setting designed for rest and renewal.

Trauma-Informed Breathwork Teacher Training
Fall 2026
This breathwork teacher training is designed to deepen your personal practice while equipping you with the skills to guide others. Through this journey, you’ll explore your inner landscape, learn to hold space for yourself with compassion and patience, and reconnect with your most authentic self. You'll also gain the tools and confidence to facilitate breathwork sessions—whether one-on-one or in group settings—to support others in their healing and transformation.
The training will take place over 4 Saturdays. Each day will include a breathwork session on a different theme, plus the following content:
DAY 1: What is breathwork and how can we hold space for others to heal?
DAY 2: The history of breathwork and what you can offer as a facilitator
DAY 3: A deeper dive into the role of our mind, body, and emotions
DAY 4: An exploration of the Chakras and the business of breathwork
Day 5 and 6: Breathwork Finals

Tuesdays, 9am
Beach yoga in Ocean Park at the end of Calle Taft. $10 (plus $5 mat rental, if needed)
Thursdays, 5.15pm
Sunset yoga in Escambron overlooking the sea. $10 (plus $5 mat rental, if needed)
Private Yoga Sessions & Events in Puerto Rico
We specialize in bachelorette yoga, birthday yoga, wedding yoga, and corporate yoga sessions. In fact, we love to hold yoga to celebrate any and every occasion. Private yoga classes start at $100 per session for an hour. Note that pricing increases with the number of people in a group, with mat rentals, and depending on location.
