
Breathwork Sessions and Breathwork Teacher Training
Breathwork is a powerful, transformative, and healing technique that supports us in releasing what no longer serves us.
Breathwork differs from most yoga breathing techniques as it involves circular, active, and forceful breathing through the mouth. This changes the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen within the body and can lead to the release of unprocessed emotions and accumulated stress. For some, it can lead to an altered state of consciousness.
Breathwork completely transformed Daniella’s life, allowing her to release emotional baggage from her childhood that had once caused her to be very reactive and explosive. For Daniella, breathwork has been powerful in supporting her to live in a way that is more accepting of herself, allowing her to engage in life with less drama and with more ease. Daniella loves to guide others on their healing breathwork journeys and to teach others how to facilitate breathwork sessions.
BREATHWORK SESSIONS
Every breathwork session is based around a different topic. Past sessions have revolved around some of the following themes: self love, gratitude, letting go of fear, intention, connection, emotional intelligence, heart opening, getting out of your head and into your body. balance, softening the armor built around your heart, conscious listening, dealing with change and uncertainty, empowerment, giving and receiving, being your own cheerleader, letting go of attachment, healing grief or loss, getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, forgiveness, being at home in ourselves, the power of choice, embracing imperfection, and finding purpose.
Daniella teaches group classes as well as private classes for individuals or couples, in-person outdoors or online. She leads you on a supported journey of healing, self-love, and personal growth. Breath Healing is open to absolute beginners as well as to those who have breathwork experience.
BREATHWORK TEACHER TRAINING
Daniella also teaches Trauma-Informed Breathwork Teacher Training. Join Daniella this Fall in Cupey for a breathwork teaching designed to deepen your own practice and give you the skills to guide others. On four powerful Saturdays, you’ll journey inwards—exploring your breath, reconnecting with your authentic self, and learning how to hold space for deep emotional release and transformation—whether one-on-one or in a group setting.

Join Our Next Breath Healing Session
The next breath healing session will take place on Wednesday, August 13, from 6-7:30pm at La Isla in Miramar with noise-canceling headsets. Santosa Yoga and Health partners with @SoundsFunPR for an immersive musical experience as we breathe. Noise-cancelling headphones accentuate and deepen our ability to focus on ourselves and our breathwork journey.

Join Our Fall Breathwork Teacher Training
Over 80 hours of training and practice so that you can guide others to let go of trauma and stuck energy. We will meet on October 4, 18, 25 and November 1 for full-days of training. Breathwork finals will take place in December.
